APL is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent youth in defining and achieving their aspirations for a fulfilling life. We foster a community that advocates for each student’s unique voice, promotes personal agency, and builds essential skills for independent living. Our work is rooted in celebrating neurodiversity and nurturing meaningful relationships that help every student grow toward a purposeful and successful future.
Located in the heart of Capitol Hill, we serve students and families across more than five counties in Washington. For the 2025–2026 school year, we are welcoming 73 students and families, with continued growth expected thanks to our expanded campus capacity.

About the 2026 APL Gala
This year’s gala is an opportunity to celebrate our students, highlight their stories, and raise critical funds to support programming, access, and resources.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026
- Time: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Location: APL Jaffe Room (1432 15th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122)
- Expected Attendance: 150 attendees
- Fundraising Goal: $150,000+
The evening will feature buffet dining and an open bar, silent and live auctions, special guest speakers, live performances, and a photo booth. It’s a meaningful and uplifting night—and your support can help make it possible.
