Our Approach
APL prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
Regardless of whether a student comes to APL with an IEP, private school service plan, or no IEP at all, APL staff work as a team to support each student’s success. Members of each Student Success Team (SST) meets about each student at once a month to review the Individual Learning Plan (ILP) created by the APL team. The ILP is a personalized plan for students with specific learning goals, accommodations, and modifications tailored to their unique needs.
